We are committed to your safety and peace of mind; hence, if a driver doesn’t pass our rigorous screening and tests, we won’t allow that driver to work for us.

While we try as much as we can to keep you safe, we also aware of the ongoing Covid19 situation. Therefore, we encourage you to always wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and maintain social distancing.

How we screen our drivers to ascertain their eligibility

• First things first, our drivers are compelled to provide a couple of documents, which include a valid driver’s license, insurance papers, social security number, and other paperwork based on their state/province
• We run comprehensive background checks on all applicants. This includes performing a nationwide (federal) criminal search, court records search, sex offender registry search, and more. If an applicant’s name is found on any of these offensive/criminal records, we won’t allow them to rideshare on our platform.
• After a driver is approved to drive on our platform, we will continue to monitor the driver’s record, and if we detect subsequent criminal or offensive activity, we’ll deactivate the driver’s profile and take it down from our platform.
• Our drivers participate in a Community Safety training. Here, we try to educate them on quite a lot of ethics and things to do to be a better driver.
