It sets out the conditions under which we may process any information that we collect from you or provide to us. 2.INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND WHY

We may collect information about you directly from you and automatically through your use of our Site, App or Services. 

• Information We Collect Directly from You. The Usage of our App and services require registration. To register, you must provide your First name, Last name, email address, telephone number, and password. To use our services, we require you to update our user profile with this information; address, profile picture, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), government identification documents (including driver’s license numbers and images), birth date, signature and/or photo.
• User Content: We collect the information users submit when they contact EZcarRide, including customer support. This may include feedback, pictures, or other recordings collected by users and recordings of telephone calls or other communications between users and EZcarRide
• Location data: We collect precise or approximate location data from a user’s mobile device if enabled by the user. EZcarRide uses GPS data for tracking to be able to deliver our services.
• Payment information: We collect transaction information (including payment information) when making payment for the use of our Platform or Services. These details, including the type of Services requested or provided, request details, trip information, date and time the Service was provided, the amount charged, distance traveled, and payment method.
• COOKIES AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS- Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser while visiting accessing our App. They are necessary to have websites work more efficiently or to provide information to the App owners. We collect cookies to record your visit’s various aspects and assist us in providing you with uninterrupted Service. • Communications data: We may enable users to communicate with each other and/or EZcarRide through our Apps, Sites, email, text message, telephone and/or other means. For example, we enable drivers and passengers to call, text, or send other files to each other (generally without disclosing their telephone numbers to each other). To provide this Service, EZcarRide receives some data regarding the calls, texts, or other communications, including the communications’ date and time and the content of the communications. EZcarRide may also use this data for customer support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety and security purposes (including fraud prevention), to improve our products and services and/or for analytics. 

3.HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

User data collected helps us to personalize our App according to each user’s wishes and preferences. Offering you the most spontaneous and friendly surfing experience is our priority. Data collected are for statistical purposes only and help us to:

• Give you top-notch service delivery

• Keep and update our database and your accounts with us

• Propose a unique and targeted navigation experience

• For customer support and/or dispute resolution

• Prevent and detect fraud and abuse; also, to enhance security on the App

• To send marketing and non-marketing communications to users By signing up with us, you agree to receive

• Emails associated with our services, which may contain relevant offers from third parties.

• Emails asking you to review and rate us.

• Promotional emails, SMS, and push notifications from EZcarRide

Non-personal data is used to improve our app work and provide more useful content to our app users.

4.CAN-SPAM COMPLIANCE

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. Also, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further email communication from us.

5.WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR LEASE CUSTOMER LISTS TO THIRD PARTIES.

EZcarRide may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. EZcarRide may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for rides. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to EZcarRide. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

6.LINK TO THIRD PARTY APPS AND WEBSITES

The Platform and any communication sent to you may also contain/display Third Party advertisements and links to other websites or products and services. You agree and acknowledge that these Apps and websites are operated by Third Parties and are not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with us unless expressly specified. This privacy policy only applies to this App. You should, therefore, read the privacy policies of the other websites or Apps when using them.

7.HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the information you may enter on our website may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information and other sensitive information are never transmitted via email.

EZcarRide may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site or App, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For App security purposes and to ensure that this Service remains available to all users, We use software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

We secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. EZcarRide uses the following methods for this purpose:

EZcarRide has deployed proper security protocols that protect our products and services from being hacked or tampered with by 3rd parties. We encrypt our connections with some of the top-notch technology.

8.  YOUR RIGHTS

We respect your rights as the owner of your data; we can help you any time with the data collected. You have the right to access your data anytime you request without being abusive to our Service. You have the right to be forgotten, to prevent profiling, the right to object to processing, rectification, and erasure. We can delete your data and reply to any question within 72 hours. 9.  CHILDREN

Please note that the EZcarRide App is not designed to be used by or collect any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18.

10.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2nd October 2020. It will remain in effect except for any changes in its provisions in the future, which will immediately be in effect after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Suppose we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy. In that case, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
